- Oversees daily operations, staff, and financial performance to ensure a high-quality, profitable, and compliant wellness environment
- Directs daily spa activities, ensuring a seamless, relaxing guest experience, including front-desk management and appointment scheduling.
- Ensures high levels of guest satisfaction, handles complaints, and executes promotional campaigns to drive business.
- Maintains rigorous cleanliness standards, safety protocols, and health regulations.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management; Hospitality/Tourism Management; Sales & Marketing or similar fields.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the spa or beauty industry is essential, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
- Proficiency in spa management software (e.g., booking systems), CRM software, and MS Office Suite is required.
- Ability to recruit, train, motivate, and manage a team of therapists and attendants.
- Experience with budgeting, revenue optimization, P&L management, and inventory control.
- Ability to create marketing strategies, promote services, and increase spa utilization.
- Strong understanding of health and safety standards, scheduling, and facility maintenance.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to handle client complaints and maintain high service standards
