Job Description
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant/bar, ensuring smooth service, staff coordination, and a positive guest experience
- Manage and supervise staff, including scheduling, training, performance monitoring, and enforcing service and safety standards
- Handle customer concerns and feedback, resolving issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction and repeat business
- Monitor inventory and supplies, place orders, and control food, beverage, and labor costs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations, including cleanliness and proper food handling
- Support sales and profitability through promotions, upselling, and maintaining quality service standards
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management; Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
- With at least 3 years experience in Casual Restaurant or Resto Bar
- Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and health regulations
