Job Description
- 1. Production Oversight: Managing daily bakery production, including baking, decorating, and packaging.
- 2. Quality Control: Ensuring all products meet our quality standards and food safety regulations.
- 3. Inventory Management: Overseeing ingredient ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction.
- 4. Team Leadership: Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising bakery staff
- 5. Menu Development: Contributing to the creation of new bakery items and optimizing existing ones.
- 6. Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring all bakery equipment is in good working order and performing routine maintenance.
- 7. Budget Management: Assisting with managing the bakery's budget and controlling costs.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills.
