Job Description
- Ability to check the wiring diagrams for easy diagnosis. Troubleshooting and fixing equipment issues, diagnosing problems, and performing repairs on-site or in a workshop
- Performing routine maintenance, including cleaning, inspecting, and testing equipment to prevent breakdowns Ability to check the spare parts list and identify the required spare parts.
- Ensuring equipment safety and efficiency, meeting health and safety standards Responding to service calls, providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining accurate records of service activities and repairs Staying up to date with new technologies and equipment developments
- Time management and organization, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple service calls Customer service skills, communicating effectively with clients and providing excellent service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands of the job (e.g., lifting, bending, working in tight spaces) Electrical and mechanical basic knowledge.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking Attention to detail and quality control Safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team Having training certification with OEM is a preferred qualification.

- Equipment Scope: - Hot Equipment: Combi ovens, cooking ranges, grills, fryers, mixer grinders, tilting pans, tabletop grills, slicers, heavy-duty rotary and deck ovens, dishwashers, pizza ovens, high-speed ovens, etc.
- EQUIPMENT: Cold Equipment: Chillers, freezers, blast chiller/freezers, ice cream machines, deep freezers, cold rooms, super freezers, etc.
