Job Description
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment, including conveyors, seed cleaning lines, elevators, and milling machinery.
- Inspect and repair mechanical components to ensure smooth operation of production lines.
- Diagnose mechanical failures and identify root causes.
- Implement solutions to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
- Assemble, install, and adjust new machinery and equipment according to technical specifications.
- Ensure proper alignment, calibration, and mechanical operation of machines.
- Develop and execute routine maintenance schedules for mechanical systems.
- Lubricate, tighten, and replace worn-out parts to prevent unexpected breakdowns.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, including work performed, parts replaced, and inspection reports.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective equipment while performing tasks.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
