Job Description
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of automated systems, preferably in airport baggage handling systems or similar conveyor/automation equipment.
- Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and control systems
- Monitor the performance of conveyors, scanners, sorters, and other BHS equipment.
- Respond quickly to system alarms, stoppages, or malfunctions to minimize downtime.
- Ensure baggage flow is uninterrupted and meets operational standards.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering (or related technical field).
- Responsible for the operation, inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance of airport baggage handling systems to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient baggage flow.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays in airport environments.
