Job Description
- Must be a graduate of Culinary Arts.
- Specialization in Japanese and Asian Cuisine (Sushi). High level of expertise in sushi and Japanese cold kitchen dishes.
- Qualified in Occupational Health and Safety. Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Good personal appearance and ability to work within a team.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
