Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management; Economics; Sales & Marketing or similar fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Training and Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Certification in Training or Adult Education is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail training, instructional design, or a similar role. Experience in developing training modules and evaluating training effectiveness.
- Proficiency in learning management systems, instructional design tools, Microsoft Office Suite, online training platforms, and video conferencing software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, adaptability, leadership qualities, and the capacity to motivate others.
- In-depth understanding of retail operations, customer service best practices, compliance regulations, and the ability to stay updated on industry trends and innovations.
- Experience in leading training programs in multinational retail chains or similar industries
- Holding advanced certifications such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or Certified Professional Trainer (CPT).
- Familiarity with emerging technologies in e-learning, virtual reality training, and AI-driven learning solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in scaling training operations across multiple locations or regions for a retail organization.
- Active involvement in industry conferences, speaking engagements, or published articles related to retail training and development.
- Proficiency in additional languages beneficial for engaging with diverse teams and customers in global retail settings.
