Job Description
- • Achieves All General In store operations KPI’s Vs. Store approved Budget. • Maintains the Managers Accountabilities Grade chart • Maintains and achieved Yearly management’s expectations guide
- • Maintains international and in house Operations review score green and above. • Maintains and develops backup’s line of talented people on all store positions levels.
- • Monitor the standards of operation and ensure that all operation procedures meet the standards. • Plans and maintains the highest quality on Service, Food Safety and Cleanliness standards.
- • Motivate and lead restaurant team in achieving highest scores in International corporate operation Audits and general evaluations conducted by the market Area and Operation managers
- • Analyze restaurant inventory levels and project quantities of required material to ensure that restaurant is well stocked and no shortages will occur
- • Monitor and count all cash registers and daily revenues. Analyze sales and profit and compare them to sales projections in timely manner to determine shortages (if any) and put corrective plan of action in-order to overcome potential problems.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management or similar fields.
- Have a minimum of two (2) years experience in a management role, achieving at least an assistant manager / co-manager position in a quick service restaurant, or one (1) year experience in a management position in a full service restaurant.
- Have a working knowledge of local store marketing techniques, sales building, and a proven track record of controlling costs.
- Possess strong management, team building and communication skills.
- Be dependable, hard working and have the ability to work a varied, 50 hour workweek under pressure and in stressful situations.
