Job Description
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to Pullman’s standards.
- Change linen, towels and replenish guest amenities and supplies
- Dust, vacuum, mop and sanitize bathrooms, floors, and surfaces.
- Prepare and stock housekeeping trolley with all necessary items before each shift.
- Assist guests professionally during their stay and respond promptly to guest requests.
- Respect guest privacy (including observing Do Not Disturb and Make Up Room signs).
- Safeguard guest belongings while performing duties.
- Follow standard cleaning procedures and safety protocols at all times.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, missing items, or lost & found items to the supervisor.
- Ensure all equipment is stored properly and work areas are tidy at the end of the shift.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping Supervisors or Coordinators to complete tasks effectively.
- Maintain excellent personal grooming and adhere to uniform standards.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
