Job Description
- Lead and supervise a team of at least 20 local staff, coordinating with co-managers to ensure smooth store operations and high performance.
- Assist walk-in clients, drive sales, and work directly with the owner to achieve the store’s sales targets and growth objectives.
- Oversee inventory and stock management, process cargo shipment orders, and ensure timely product availability while maintaining store organization and compliance with standards.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Sales & Marketing or similar fields.
- Can handle and lead a team effectively
- With good communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge in stock/inventory management, & ordering
- Familiar with POS system and basic cashiering
- Can monitor product quality, expiry, and FIFO
- Physically fit and willing to do hands-on work
- Able to multitask & meet deadlines efficiently
