Job Description
- Supervise and lead chiller and HVAC maintenance teams
- Plan, assign, and monitor daily HVAC and chiller work schedules
- Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of: Water-cooled chillers (centrifugal, screw) Air-cooled chillers AHU (Air Handling Units) FCU (Fan Coil Units) and chilled water systems Cooling towers, pumps, and associated HV
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Strong knowledge of: Chiller operation (centrifugal and screw) Chilled water systems, AHU, FCU, and cooling towers HVAC electrical controls and BMS integration
- Can read and interpret HVAC and chiller schematics and drawings
- Good English communication skills
- Experience in commissioning and testing of HVAC and chiller systems
