Job Description
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems including chillers, AHU, FCU, exhaust and fresh air units
- Inspect, service, and troubleshoot pumps, motors, valves, compressors, and piping systems
- Perform breakdown maintenance and respond to emergency calls promptly Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical equipment
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Engineering(Mechanical) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Technical/Vocational Diploma in Mechanical Technology, HVAC, Industrial Maintenance, or related field
- With minimum 2–3 years experience as a Mechanical Technician in Facilities Management
- Knowledgeable in maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, pumps, motors, fans, compressors, and plumbing-related equipment
- Familiar with chillers, AHU, FCU, and ventilation systems
- Have general knowledge of tools, instruments, materials and supplies used in the repair and maintenance of Mechanical Systems
- Area of Experienced required: 1. Mechanical System Equipment/plants troubleshooting
- 2. Experienced in submersible/dewatering pumps operation, maintenance, trouble shooting and repairs.
- 3. Must have strong knowledge in waste water collection components such as pump motor, bearings, valves, fittings and couplings.
- 4. Knows basic brazing, welding, and gas pipe testing
