Job Description
- Supervise and lead HVAC technicians and mechanics on site
- Plan and assign daily HVAC maintenance and installation activities
- Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of: Chillers AHU (Air Handling Units) FCU (Fan Coil Units) Package units and split systems Ventilation and exhaust systems
- Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and breakdown response Troubleshoot HVAC system faults and provide technical solutions
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- 5–8 years HVAC experience, with 2–3 years as Supervisor or Team Leader
- Strong knowledge of: Chiller systems AHU, FCU, and ventilation systems Refrigeration cycle and controls
- Can read and interpret HVAC drawings, schematics, and layouts
