Job Description
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical systems, wiring, circuits, and components.
- Install or replace lighting fixtures, switches, sockets, and circuit breakers.
- Perform troubleshooting to identify causes of electrical malfunctions or breakdowns.
- Carry out preventive maintenance on electrical panels, machines, and equipment.
- Test electrical systems using appropriate tools to ensure safety and functionality.
- Respond promptly to electrical faults, power outages, and maintenance requests.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety codes and company standards.
- Coordinate with other maintenance technicians when work overlaps across systems.
- Keep tools, equipment, and the work area clean, organized, and in safe working conditions.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, electrical codes, and preventive maintenance procedures.
- Experience in using electrical testing tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Customer-oriented approach with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Time management and multitasking abilities under pressure.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
