Job Description
- Install and maintain roofs, gutters, downpipes, flashings, cladding, and insulation
- Interpret and work from roofing layouts and construction drawings
- Assemble steel framing for walls, trusses, ceilings, and rafters using SHS, RHS, and metal studs
- Operate tools and equipment such as grinders, drills, cutters, welders, and elevated platforms
- Follow safety protocols and perform work at heights efficiently
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
- Skilled in installing roofs, gutters, downpipes, flashings, cladding, and insulation
- Able to read and interpret roofing layouts and construction plans
- Knowledgeable in steel framing (SHS, RHS, metal studs, walls, ceilings, trusses)
- Proficient with power tools, welders, and elevated platforms
- Comfortable working at heights
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and be able to drive a 4-wheeled vehicle
