Job Description
- Assembling components of earthmoving equipment.
- It is important to know the drawing symbols of welding
- Assembling a metal structure on an assembly table
- Assembling metal structures based on structural drawings
- Preparing fastening seams for metal structures
- Adjusting tolerance errors, correcting any major errors by hot straightening
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
- 1. Good English communication skills
- To be familiar with basic welding technology concepts (such as: WPS, WPQR, welding current/voltage, welding speed, wire feed, etc.)
- Ability to make welded structures, stapling
- Knowledge of dimensional and positional tolerances that must be maintained during assembly.
- Knowledge of assembly, welding table, and modular assembly systems
- Knowledge of basic measuring tools such as tape measure, calliper, square ruler
- Basic welding knowledge, ability to make fixing seams
- Knowledge of the theoretical and practical application of hot straightening (or flame straightening)
- Physical fitness (No broken bone or eye color blindness).
