Job Description
- With 3 years work experience as a Maintenance Technician in building facility.
- Maintenance & BMS Support: Perform minor emergency maintenance tasks across residential buildings to ensure safe and functional living environments.
- Assist the Maintenance Engineer in the daily operation and monitoring of the Building Management System (BMS).
- Inspections & Reporting: Conduct routine patrols and inspections of all residential facilities, identifying and reporting maintenance issues or safety concerns.
- General Requirements: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building policies during maintenance activities. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and orderly condition.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to preventative maintenance and resident satisfaction. Maintain accurate records and report findings promptly to the maintenance supervisor or engineer for appropriate action.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Must have Diploma or Tesda NC2 Certificates related to the position applied.
