Job Description
- Stock room item release and return during Ithra Operations
- Timesheet and overtime consolidations (420ITH)
- Material controlman or storekeeper responsibilities
- delivery note preparation and documentation
- receiving and distribution of materials
- employee file management. Office supplies management
- Golf cart maintenance supervision
- paymaster duties (freelancers and part timers)
- timesheet distribution (Alfalak employees)
- general operational and team support
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Mechanical); Engineering(Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Excellent knowledge in SAP & Primavera
