Job Description
- Can produce a wide variety of cakes, pastries, breads, and other baked goods.
- Following standardized recipes and yield guides for consistent quality and portions.
- Performing product checks, ensuring texture, appearance, and taste meet standards, and reporting issues.
- Receiving, storing, counting ingredients, and reporting low stock.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- At least 5 years of experience in bakery production or a similar managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of bakery products, techniques, and production processes.
