Job Description
- Must be able to read and interpret drawings and construction plans.
- Must be knowledgeable in general construction of building steel, concrete or wood both practical and theory.
- Must be knowledgeable of plumbing including guttering, drainage, toiletries, tiling,installation of roofing,ceiling,flooring, windows and doors,stairs, air vents, septic tank, fencing, installation of steel gates electrical air conditioner.
- Must be familiar with wood working, installation of cupboards and office furniture.
- Must have knowledge of operating basic construction equipment such as ranson, compactor, water pumps etc.
- Must be able to read blueprints, take measurements and prepare detailed estimates of said blueprint from foundation to completion.
- Must be able to manage projects and workers to complete projects on time.
- Must be knowledgeable of types of steel and tensile strength, concrete integrity PSI, pile driving, land filling, excavating, soil testing etc.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Civil) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in construction management, project coordination, or general contracting.
