Job Description
- Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, bread, cookies, and other desserts according to recipes and production schedules.
- Decorate pastries and desserts with attention to presentation and quality.
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies; assist in ordering as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
- Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality to ensure consistency.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
- Can decorate cakes is an advantage
- Proven experience as a pastry cook, pastry chef, or similar role.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred but not always required.
