Job Description
- Sets up, runs, and maintains machinery that shapes raw materials (like plastic) by forcing them through a die, ensuring continuous production of quality products (pipes, films, profiles).
- While performing quality checks, making adjustments, and following strict safety protocols.
- Machine setup, monitoring performance, troubleshooting, performing routine maintenance and cleaning, weighing/mixing materials, and documenting production data.
- Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs; identify and resolve production issues and replace worn parts.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food safety regulations (like BRC).
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Minimum 2-3 yrs. of experience in maintenance of plastic or manufacturing machines (PPR preferred).
