Job Description
- installs, assembles, maintains, and repairs complex piping systems for fluids, gases, steam, and chemicals in various settings like power plants, refineries, and commercial buildings, requiring them to read blueprints, cut/weld pipes, perform pressur
- They use various tools, work with different materials (steel, copper, PVC), and must have strong spatial reasoning, mechanical skills, and knowledge of safety regulations.
- Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and blueprints to plan pipe system installation. Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair existing pipe systems, fixing leaks and replacing worn components.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
- Can speak & understand English Language
