Job Description
- Post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and manage applicant tracking.
- Guide new hires through paperwork, orientation, and introduce them to company culture.
- Explain benefit programs (health, retirement) and ensure proper enrollment.
- Maintain accurate employee files, databases, and HR documentation.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Human Resource Management or similar fields.
