Job Description
- Site Management & Execution and Planning & Coordination.
- Lead day-to-day site operations and supervise all construction activities.
- Coordinate labor, subcontractors, machinery, and materials to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
- Monitor progress and submit daily/weekly site reports to the Project Manager.
- Enforce company Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies at all times.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety audits, and ensure use of PPE.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Others or similar fields.
- Must have 5+ years’ experience in construction site supervision/management
- Strong knowledge of civil/building construction practices and Ability to read drawings and manage site teams.
