Job Description
- Promotes a suitable learning environment for staff, acts as mentor/ preceptor as needed. Supervises and teaches other staff as needed.
- Completes mandatory and unit specific competencies and demonstrates ongoing competence.
- In conjunction with, but not limited to, the Manager / Charge Nurse / CRN, identifies own professional learning needs and develops an annual learning plan.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
