Job Description
- Guest Interaction: Greet customers, seat them, present menus, answer menu questions, and offer recommendations.
- Order Management: Take accurate orders, input them into POS systems, and communicate them to kitchen/bar staff.
- Service Delivery: Serve food and beverages promptly, ensure correct presentation, and refill drinks.
- Payment & Billing: Prepare bills, process payments (cash/card), and handle change.
- Table Maintenance: Clear dirty dishes, clean tables after guests leave, and reset for new customers.
- Customer Satisfaction: Check on guests, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Must have a valid TESDA NC II.
