Job Description
- Assemble and wire electrical control panels, junction boxes, and enclosures according to technical drawings and schematics.
- Perform continuity and functional testing on completed panels to ensure quality and compliance.
- Read and interpret electrical diagrams, wiring schematics, and layout drawings accurately.
- Troubleshoot wiring issues, faulty components, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures.
- Assist in the modification, upgrading, and repair of existing panels and systems as required.
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Must have experience in electrical panel assembly, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- With strong knowledge of industrial components and control systems.
- Has ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Familiar with industrial safety standards and proper electrical assembly practices.
- Skilled in wiring, crimping, and testing tools.
- With expericience building panels for industrial automation, factory machinery, or power distribution systems.
- Familiar with PLC systems, VFDs, and industrial control logic.
- With basic understanding of industrial communication systems (Modbus, Profibus, etc.) is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
