Job Description
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their style and needs.
- Provide styling advice and product knowledge to enhance the customer’s shopping experience.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through excellent customer service and upselling.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure displays are attractive and on-brand.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock items, and participate in stocktaking activities.
- Stay informed about new arrivals, promotions, and fashion trends.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Previous experience in retail or fashion sales is preferred.
- Strong interest in fashion and current trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
