Job Description
- Supervise surfing and other water activities to ensure guest safety.
- Enforce all safety policies, rules, and guidelines at the facility.
- Monitor guests for unsafe or improper activities and take corrective action when needed.
- Provide immediate response in emergencies, including rescue operations.
- Conduct routine safety inspections of equipment and surroundings.
- Administer first aid and CPR when required.
- Educate guests on safe surfing/swimming practices and water safety awareness.
- Support and assist guests in using surfing equipment properly.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Candidate must have a valid passport.
- Candidate must know how to communicate in English.
- Has Certified in First Aid and CPR.
- CompletedLifeguard Training (with valid certification).
- Knowledge of water safety procedures andrescue techniques.
- Physically fit and able to perform water rescues and Goodcommunicationand interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and teamwork.
