Job Description
- Supervise work activities of production personnel, prepare schedule and assign specific tasks to personnel in his area of responsibility;
- Lead the group towards achieving assigned task and corporate targets and objectives;
- Assess and regulates progress of work completion, coordinates progress of work for optimum performance;
- Implement quality assurance program in accordance with established quality policies and company rules, regulations, and operating standards, at the same time maintaining “5S” & safety and wellbeing of personnel;
- Maintain a constant and adequate supply of materials, tools, and equipment’s essential in carrying out plans and maintaining reasonable inventory levels;
- Control usage of production materials, labor, tools, equipment, consumable items, and others, according to set standards;
- Solve problems pertaining to quality by using ACE tools. Conducts regularly QCPC, RRCA, and other problem-solving sessions;
- Conduct regular Performance Appraisal of all subordinates, emphasizing strengths and weaknesses, training needs, and opportunities for improvement;
- Keep the Production manager or Factory Manager informed of all significant activities in his area
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Industrial); Engineering(Mechanical) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Supervisory experience in any appliance manufacturing plant of similar set-up.
- Knowledge in assembly lines processes; Knowledge in fabrication sheet metal
- Knowledge in SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing)
- Experience as production Team Leader supervising an Assembly Line or Feeder
