Job Description
- Identifies priority, resources, manpower, equipment, site reports and achieve the installation target according to company commitments.
- Prepare and implement project plans. Prepare MOS, Lifting Plan, monitor manpower/hours to achieve the target based on schedule and budget
- Coordinate with engineering department to release the drawings for fabrication according to site and as per client priority.
- Interact daily with clients to interpret their needs and requirements, and representing them in the site. Aim at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.
- Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, and personnel performance) and report regularly on project status.
- Knowledge of site management, supervision, surveying, and quality control of all work related to site. Coordination with client and consultants. Prepare and present alternative solutions to problems.
- Ensures all established costs, quality, delivery and installations commitments are met.
- Provides effective leadership of his staff to facilitate their growth and increased knowledge of the project, including evaluating and managing their performance.
- Coordinates manufacturing activities with all other functions of the organization and departments to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment.
- Coordinate with QA/QC department in assessing the quality issues, closure of internal & external NCR’s conduct root-cause analysis and implement preventive and corrective actions.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Mechanical) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Additional Information
- Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera
- Ability to read and interpret Blueprints
- Minimum 6 years’ proven Experience of handling Erection Team in the Fabrication, Manufacturing of Steel Industries
