Job Description
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to completion
- Supervise site operations and ensure compliance with project plans and schedules
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project progress, costs, and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Resolve site issues and implement corrective actions
- Prepare progress, cost, and project reports for management
- Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements
- Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Civil) or similar fields.
- Strong background in site management, project planning, and coordination
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
- Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and cost control
- Ability to manage contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Proficient in MS Office and basic project management tools
- Willing to work overseas and in site-based conditions
