Job Description
- Food Preparation: Washing, chopping, weighing, mixing ingredients, and cooking meals (grilling, sautéing, baking) per established recipes and standards.
- Quality & Presentation: Ensuring ingredients are fresh, dishes meet quality/portion standards, and plating/garnishing is appealing.
- Sanitation & Safety: Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, sanitizing equipment, adhering to health codes, and proper food storage.
- Inventory Management: Monitoring stock, rotating items, and restocking supplies as needed.
- Kitchen Operations: Setting up workstations, executing opening/closing duties, and assisting other cooks for timely order completion.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
