Job Description
- Perform daily cleaning and housekeeping duties in guest rooms, corridors, and public areas in accordance with hotel standards
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and proper presentation of assigned areas at all times
- Change linens, make beds, clean bathrooms, and replenish room amenities
- Properly use and maintain cleaning tools, equipment, and cleaning chemicals
- Report maintenance concerns, safety issues, and lost-andfound items to the supervisor
- Comply with hotel policies, procedures, and occupational health and safety standards
- Assist with light gardening or outdoor maintenance tasks as required
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently within designated schedules
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Candidate must have valid passport.
- Candidate must know how to communicate in English.
- Experience in higher-category or reputable hotels is highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards
- Physically fit and able to perform housekeeping and light manual tasks
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Driver’s license is not required, but an advantage if available
- Willing to perform light gardening duties
