Job Description
- Plan, organize, and manage overall security operations
- Supervise security personnel and assign duties and schedules
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and contingency plans
- Conduct regular security risk assessments and inspections
- Ensure safety and protection of company personnel, facilities, and assets
- Investigate security incidents and prepare incident reports
- Coordinate with management and local authorities when necessary
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws
- Conduct security briefings and training for staff
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Others or similar fields.
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant training in Criminology, Security Management, or related field
- Proven experience in supervising security teams
- Background in corporate, site, or facility security management
- Strong knowledge of security procedures, risk assessment, and incident management
- Ability to develop and implement security policies and protocols
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Physically fit and able to respond to security incidents
- Willing to work overseas and adapt to site-based working conditions
- Former law enforcement or military background is an advantage
