Job Description
- Conducts all types of assembly work to produce semi-finished, final products or packing where integrated with production lines. Ensures products are assembled to high quality in appearance and standards.
- Performs work manually or by using light hand tools.
- Performs regular quality testing as part of a defined production process. Reassembling, testing and adjust-ing electrical componentry and equipment to meet expected quality standards.
- Operates within standard operating procedures and maintains a clean work area aligned to 5S principles.
- Installing electronic instruments and control systems
- Use assembly equipment & tools correctly and in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Use multimeter and other electrical test equipment to ensure electrical safety standards are met.
- Participates in training to understand product documentation and assembly methods
- Uses knowledge of electronic or electrical circuitry to ensure accuracy in the product build
- Demonstrates client's core values and group safety and integrity standards and acts accordingly.
- Implements and ensures compliance with the client's code of conduct, global and local standards, tools, policies, and processes in their assigned area.
- Ensures adherence to all relevant internal and statutory regulations and policies.
- Ensures integrity and compliance with the client values and ethics in all activities.
- Demonstrates an understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) terms, concept application, reporting, and risks.
- Ensures adherence to the collaboration objectives of the team to maximize results for the client.
- Leads their development journey by seeking knowledge and learning opportunities within the team.
- Manages relationships with stakeholders in the area of responsibility and ensures alignment.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Assembly experience within a manufacturing unit of three or more years
- Electrical or electronic knowledge and understanding of electrical componentry
- Able to read and interpret product and technical documentation
- Can demonstrate quality workmanship and attention to detail. Experience using hand tools
- Good ENGLISH communication and interpersonal skills
- At least high school graduate _____
- Experience with international company like ABB or similar is an advantage.
