Job Description
- Curriculum Delivery: Effectively deliver lessons that align with the curriculum guidelines, ensuring content is engaging, age-appropriate, and conducive to learning.
- Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active participation, mutual respect, and discipline.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow teachers, staff, and administrators to contribute to a cohesive and effective educational environment.
- Classroom Resources: Manage and utilize teaching materials, technology, and resources to enhance the learning experience.
- Student Assessment: Design and administer assessments to gauge student understanding and progress, providing constructive feedback to help students improve.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- Candidates must be at least 24 years old.
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education / Elementary Education Major in Preschool Education only.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience as a KINDERGARTED/PRESCHOOL/EARLY CHILDHOOD within a traditional classroom environment.
- TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) is an advantage but not necessarily required
- Can demonstrate a high level of fluency and accuracy on the English Language and have a strong command of the English language, including grammar, syntax, vocabulary, and literature.
- Having basic to intermediate technology skills is an advantage. This includes using learning management systems, online resources, and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning.
- Possess qualities such as strong communication skills, patience, adaptability, empathy, and the ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
