Job Description
- Prepare surfaces prior to painting (cleaning, degreasing, sanding, masking).
- Mix paints according to specifications and technological procedures.
- Apply coatings using wet spray-painting methods (e.g., spray gun).
- Inspect coatings visually to ensure uniformity, correct thickness, and proper color matching.
- Maintain and clean painting equipment and ensure the work area remains organized and safe.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in surface preparation, paint mixing, and wet spray-painting application (including operation of spray guns and related equipment).
- Ability to perform visual quality control of coatings (uniformity, coating thickness, color matching) while following technological procedures and health & safety regulations.
- Experience with maintenance of painting equipment, workplace cleanliness, record-keeping, and effective cooperation with production and quality control .
