Job Description
- Inspecting vehicles to determine the extent of damage and the best repair method, often estimating costs.
- Removing, reshaping, and replacing damaged body panels and straightening bent frames using frame racks and specialized tools.
- Using hammers, dent pullers, and other hand/power tools to remove dents and dings.
- Welding new parts or repaired sections into place.
- Applying body filler, grinding, sanding surfaces smooth, and priming areas for painting.
- Following safety protocols, using protective gear, and handling hazardous materials (paints, thinners) responsibly.
- Collaborating with painters and other technicians for efficient workflow.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
