Job Description
- Coordinating daily prep, cooking, and service, ensuring workflow is efficient and meets quality standards.
- Monitoring food preparation, presentation, taste, portion control, and enforcing strict hygiene and sanitation protocols.
- Managing stock levels, ordering ingredients, controlling waste, and tracking usage to meet budget.
- Assisting with menu planning, developing new recipes, and standardizing existing ones.
- Addressing customer complaints, resolving kitchen issues, and handling equipment maintenance.
- Hiring, training, scheduling, assigning tasks, performance reviews, and motivating kitchen staff (cooks, dishwashers).
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
