Job Description
- Ensure the secure, reliable, and effective operation of all company computer systems, CCTV systems, related applications, hardware, and software.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems, network devices, and surveillance equipment.
- Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Point of Sale (POS) systems, including QuickBooks.
- Identify system faults or problematic areas and implement timely and strategic solutions to minimize downtime.
- Oversee system troubleshooting, data backups, and disaster recovery processes, providing expert technical support when required.
- Assess warehouse and facility layouts to determine optimal CCTV camera placement for maximum security coverage.
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related accessories.
- Connect CCTV systems to main monitors and mobile devices for real-time and remote access.
- Ensure full system functionality, including recording, playback, and remote viewing features.
- Conduct initial system testing and provide basic user training and guidance upon completion of installation.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, maintenance activities, and security procedures.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Computer Science/Information technology or similar fields.
- Ensure the secure and effective operation of all computer systems, camera system related applications, hardware and software that is used within the company.
- Knowledge of microsoft office and point of sale bill system ( Quick books)
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
- Over see, troubleshooting, systems backup and disaster recovery and provide expert support when necessary
- Assessing the warehouse layout to determine optimal camera placement for maximum coverage.
- Installing and configuring the CCTV units.
- Connecting the system to your main monitor and/or mobile device for real-time access.
- Ensuring system functionality, including recording, playback, and remote viewing features.
- Conducting initial testing and providing basic user guidance once installation is complete
