Job Description
- cuts, trims, grinds, and prepares meat for sale, managing inventory, maintaining hygiene, and often assisting customers with custom orders and cooking advice,
- using knives, saws, and grinders to portion carcasses into steaks, roasts, and other retail cuts, while ensuring displays are appealing and safe.
- Cutting, deboning, trimming, tying, grinding, and portioning meat, poultry, and sometimes fish. Advising customers on cuts, cooking methods, and preparing special orders.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Excellent English communication skill and can work in a fast-paced environment.
