Job Description
- Greet guests, discuss their needs, health history, allergies, and preferences to tailor treatments.
- Perform massages, facials, body scrubs, waxing, and other services skillfully and safely.
- Maintain spotless treatment rooms, sanitize equipment, and ensure adherence to health and safety protocols.
- Recommend and sell spa products and services, explaining benefits to clients.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper upkeep of massage rooms, equipment, and facilities.
- Stay knowledgeable in massage techniques, spa services, pricing, and assist guests across spa, gym, and reception when needed.
- Ensure guest compliance with spa guidelines, participate in safety training (CPR, First Aid), and build strong relationships with members and clients.
