Job Description
- Perform controlled bolting, torquing, and de-torquing of flanges and bolted joints Operate hydraulic torque wrenches, bolt tensioners, and manual torque tools Follow approved bolting procedures, torque charts, and tightening sequences
- Execute flange assembly and disassembly in piping systems, pressure vessels, and equipment Verify bolt grades, gasket types, lubrication, and alignment prior to tightening Perform flange integrity checks and leak prevention measures
- Maintain and inspect torque and tensioning equipment ensuring calibration validity Complete bolting records, torque logs, and job reports Comply with HSE requirements, PTW, LOTO, SIMOPS, and lifting procedures Support shutdowns, turnarounds
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
