Job Description
- Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to determine scope of work
- Prepare detailed cost estimates including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead
- Request and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Conduct quantity take-offs and perform cost analysis using industry-standard methods
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Civil) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Proficiency with estimation and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, CostX, Bluebeam, Excel)
- Good knowledge of construction methods, engineering principles, and material specifications
