Job Description
- Handle and transport catalysts to and from storage, reactors, and process units Perform loading, unloading, and replacement of catalysts in reactors and vessels Monitor and maintain catalyst inventory, storage conditions, and material integrity
- Conduct catalyst inspections, sieving, and quality checks as per specifications Prepare catalyst mixtures, slurries, or solutions according to process requirements Assist in startup, shutdown, and regeneration operations involving catalysts
- Maintain tools, equipment, and storage areas used in catalyst handling Ensure compliance with HSE procedures, PTW, PPE, and chemical safety standards
- Record and report catalyst usage, inventory, and any deviations Support engineers and operators during process operations and troubleshooting
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
