Job Description
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems Repair and maintain building fixtures, doors, windows, lighting, and furniture Troubleshoot and resolve minor electrical and mechanical faults
- Perform painting, carpentry, and general building repair works as needed Assist in installation, modification, and upgrade of building systems and equipment Conduct routine inspections of buildings and report defects or hazards
- Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory Ensure compliance with HSE procedures, PTW, and site safety regulations Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and contractors for larger maintenance tasks Maintain accurate maintenance logs,
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
