Job Description
- Ensuring customer satisfaction, all while maintaining a clean workstation, following food safety, and sometimes managing inventory and training staff.
- Prepare pizza dough from scratch, make sauces (tomato, pesto, white), and chop/slice fresh ingredients (veggies, meats).
- Assemble pizzas and bake them in ovens, monitoring temperatures and cooking times for various crusts.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- A Pizza Chef (or Pizzaiolo) prepares and bakes high-quality pizzas, managing the entire process from making fresh dough, sauces, and chopping toppings to cooking in various ovens
